(Clearly, we now see why I don't draw anything.)
We had a wonderful round of entries this year! If I did my calculations correctly, we have just over 1,130,500 words for this year's total word count! Wow! You guys totally rock!
Be sure to check out all of the wonderful goodies that have been written and created for this challenge and leave feedback! (It is good for the author's and artist's souls.)
As always, we are just in awe of everyone who participated and would like to thank all of the talented people that come out every year: the writers, who churn out 25k+ in three months; the artists, who make sure that every story has at least one beautiful piece of art to go with it; the alphas and cheerleaders (and readers and watchers), who keep the writers motivated when 25,000 words starts to feel like it really says 25,000 feet or 25,000 meters; the beta readers, who take an author’s story and somehow just makes it more; and just everyone that chips in to make this challenge what it is.
A special thanks to the comms that let us spam their lists like crazy! (Goodness knows, we’d be no where without them.)
And also a note: We have a feedback page up on the mod account located here. . We want all opinions, letting us know what areas of the comm are working out, and which areas need to be improved. (But, be nice, we're sensitive, LOL)
We can't wait to see everyone next year!
